Have used this hotel twice before and liked it. Arrived this time to be told that there are no dinner facilities. The room was as good as usual, the few staff around were pleasant and the place was clean. The breakfast was good but this time the coffee machine was out of action, shame as the morning coffee used to be good. The bar offered a limited range of draft drinks hence few customers.
Our stay was not cheap compared to other hotels.
It appears that had I stopped the same two nights next week it would have been approx £100 less than this week.
My feeling is that hotel is not "on it's arse" yet but heading that way.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was good. Lack of evening meal provision - appalling.

Modern building well situated close to M77. Clean updated rooms. Not far from shopping complex but 2 pub/restaurants within walking distance.
Rooms: Updated well furnished. Great bed and double walk in shower
Walkability: Close to 2 pubs/restaurants

Noisy inconsiderate neighbours. Restaurant shut at random times on random days. Key card constantly not working. And to rub it in, they wouldn't let me cancel the last night's stay, because I'd had enough. Of all the Terrible Premier inns I stay at for work. This is/was up there with Chessington.

Hotel is very clean. Good location considering it's not a City Center hotel.
But - very disappointed with housekeeping. We had a three night stay and did not have any housekeeping at all. We asked for towels on the first day as we were only provided with one. But other than leaving the towels on the bed we had no visit from them.
I'm capable of making my own bed and I'm okay with re-using towels - but this is a privilege of staying in a hotel! I want looking after a little bit!

They charged us huge amount didn't provide us with bathroom slippers and tissue box ..I feel these are basic amenities ..every hotel provides these they are charging us 260 for 2 Nights !!!

Obviously a new or newly refurbished hotel, squeaky clean and modern in a convenient location a 15 minute walk from the train station. I would've liked to have been able the open a window though as the room was quite stuffy on arrival and although there is a fan for pushing cool air into the room it's a bit loud to run through the night. Our trip was in April so I don't know how warm it gets in summer. The Wi-Fi isn't great.

The adjoining "Castle" pub was rubbish! Food was awful and, despite website advertising 11pm closure, it closed at 0950 and we were told finish our drinks or take them to our rooms! We had just returned from a funeral wake so had a drink in a more welcoming nearby pub. The staff did not want to be there and we were not welcome.

Great place to stay, very clean, large rooms ,great facilities , fantastic location. Lovely friendly staff big thank you to Jan who works the night shift. After arriving late traveling from London she
was so welcoming and helpful nothing was any trouble for her. Really we need more Premier Inns and staff like this one this is the best, really couldn't fault anything. Thank you A*****
