I had take away, a double cheese burger. The burger was ordinary (tasted like a frozen patty - ie not house made). Chips ok. Garlic sauce was nice. Missed off two sauces i paid for on initial delivery. I rang up, they apologised and sent out the missing items.
Overall i hope for alot more, a original house made burger not run of the mill frozen stuff heated up.

Have ordered twice (in the last few weeks) through Uber Eats and on both occassions items from the order have been missing and the food luke warm.

Very cheeky staff.
All I did was question why a tray of Doner Kebab meat was £9 and I joked that I would call Bial to find out why it was so expensive(£6 last time I was in), not that I was too bothered about it.
The guy in the shop looked at me with distain and said 'I don't know a Bilal, I'm not interested in a Bilal...'
So I explained it was one of the owners & he still didn't know who I was talking about.
What a stinking attitude the guy has.(not the young boy he was nice, it was the older guy in the back room). A bit of civility would have cost nothing. Perhaps (oh! Sorry, but I'm afraid that's the price) would have been fine. I don't have a problem paying £9, but you don't treat a customer like that.
I might pop into the Victoria Rd restaurant for food, but won't be back to the Newton Mearns shop with staff like that.

Absolutely awful! Been here quite a few times in the past and loved it. Had the £29.99 grill box a couple months ago, got it again tonight and its completely different, stuff advertised not even in it. Some of the chicken wings were so pink inside we couldn't eat them, chips soggy. Such a waste of money. Dont know whats changed but will never be back.

Extremely poor quality food. Oily soggy pizza with stale bread. I hope this place is closed down. Extremely pathetic and waste of money .. donot eat their food unless you want to punch yourself

It the worse curry ive ever had in years , nan bread dough was out of date taste rather unhealthy to eat ,the curry was like milky cream of chicken soup ,i would suggest anybody ordering from here to check it before consumed ,it was totally disgusting

Food shocking no flavour dry food dry donner one of the worst donner meats kicking got delivery stay 5 mins drive not even and came colder than a ice tray the food had went rock solid aswell due to the fact it probs just sat about for adges

First time trying and didn?t disappoint. Got the special mixed grill (so tasty) cabbage salad wasn?t acidic and lovely nice bite to it and good flavour. Carnivore loaded fries my partner wiped. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. I was given popadoms/onions on departure and I?m a popadom snob always rating them various places, lovely taste, crisp and no taste of used oil .. onions also tasty ?. Defo my new go to place when I?m in this neck of the woods

Terrible curries and overpriced . Ordered kebabs and the lamb was really tough. We also ordered a chicken bhoona and it was the worst curry I?ve ordered in decades. £10 and was just all oil. Just have complained and got my money back.
