Key items not in stock yet again!

Light-skinned female staff member wasn?t doing her job, tossed back our £50 when the self-checkout wouldn?t take it, and gave a dirty look when asked to quickly change it before closing. Afterwards, she and a male staff member rudely stared and backchatted about us. She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and is not suited to a role dealing with the public?, and also the store is consistently messy with pallets everywhere.

Not been in this store for a long time because the state of the actual store was in today cleaners pushing cleaning carts but to busy talking to friends. Items on the reduced shelves that are out of date but still for sale at dear prices reduced shelves in seasonal Isle not where meant to be had to get prices checked several times staff don't stock rotate which leads to loads of items going out of date and getting wasted then possibly going in the bin staff do more talking than working and if you ask staff to check something for you they simply say we have non left if its not on the shelf we don't have it all in all filthy shop lazy staff and nothing in the right places with the right prices we just won't be back here again

This is the third time I've done a small shop in Asda Newton Mearns, on all 3 consecutive occasions I've gone for something in particular that I forgot. The price on the self has not matched the price charged at the the checkout. When I asked the assistant, they have checked it out and yes I was correct, they then amended the price at the checkout. I would recommend anyone doing a shop, big or small to check their prices and note them for going to the checkout. I'm going to take a picture as it is embracing, but the difference can be quite a bit. The total differences for my 3 visits to asda totalled £3.25.

Newton Mearns.. The worst Asda I?ve ever been in. The worker called Sandra McLeod Approached me because I took a plastic Flower bag ( which I understand were free) because there is no price tag on them.I am 80 years old and have health issues which I explained to her, but she didn?t give a hoot..Her abusive and aggressive manner in which she confronted me was absolutely bullying in her manner. So much so that I called her a rude name, to which she got even more angrier.. She practically called me a thief ( even though I had purchased several Meat items.. which I wanted to wrap my purchase in as I have an immune deficiency. Her aggressive manner has mane me ill. I let her know I was going to report her and asked her name.. She Actually shouted out loud ? it?s Sandra Mcaleod? Never again will I go near my local Asda again. The way I was treated you would thing I had try to steal the Crown Jewels I let her know I have had a Heart Attack but it did not bother her at all. That was an hour ago and ilim still shaken.

Decent enough store within a small shopping complex. Major downside is the parking.

This used to be a good supermarket but recently has gone downhill as they now seem to restock shelves constantly during the day. Chaos with palates lying everywhere and aisles blocked, plus out of date items left on shelves.

I got most of what I wanted. Guy at the self service was very helpful and friendly.
