Lovely girl on till - paid by Apple Pay with my phone and, as I always do, waited until it had gone through. The cashier came running after me to say it had not gone through as there was a problem with their machine - it said on my phone that it had been charged to my account. Manager came up to me and was extremely not caring in his explanation to the point of being rude - certainly no apology - he said I would have to pay again and it would be refunded in a couple of days time. Rude and ignorant Manager - needs a lesson in how to speak to customers politely.
