Spent a lovely Friday evening here. We had some wine and one of the charcuterie boards. The choice on the board was excellent and would certainly have another one.
The ambience was relaxing and we will be back. Staff very attentive too.

We were in Newport today and it happened to be lunchtime. Alan had the Sloppy Jose. The menu said it was hot. The word hot was in red letters.
I can confirm, it was hot.
Home made beef chilli with kidney beans in a chiabatta with emmental cheese and salad. Absolutely delicious. I like a hot chilli. I could feel my eyelids getting a bit sweaty. Big bold flavours, in a soft bread roll. 10 out of 10.
Nikcy had bagel with fig & fromage drizzled with honey delicate and delicious flavours with great fresh ingredients.
Great deli shop with lots of interesting products. A good selection of local produce, both fresh and preserved. A visit is highly recommended. Especially at around lunchtime.

Found this wee gem of a place by pure chance. Had a lovely lunch, food, venue, staff and choice were excellent. Well worth a visit.
