Great service from a knowledgeable, dedicated and helpful team and an good range of frames. I recently changed my frames with new varifocal lenses and am delighted with them.

Service is second none, I broke my frames, the staff contacted the makers as they had been discontinued and managed to secure a pair of the frames at a reduced price, fitted them for me and kept me updated along the whole process. This is the best opticians I have used, highly recommend.

Great service at the Newport-on-Tay branch. I had something in my eye and was advised to go to Ferrier & MacKinnon after contacting NHS111. I was able to see someone an hour after making contact with them and the service was fantastic. The lady I saw was very friendly and thorough and I felt at ease ??
