Was absolutely disgusting what I had to endure on the phone when I phoned up to complain about the ?non filling? in the won tons?. She said don?t order again from here! I had spent over £30 on food for my son and I, only to be treated very badly and the woman was screaming and when I asked if she would stop shouting at me? she said ?no? then hung up the phone. Tried to call back but they kept hanging up on me

First time I?ve been in here - No complaints about the service, didn?t wait too long and I absolutely thoroughly enjoyed my dinner ( crispy shredded chicken in honey & garlic sauce with fried rice)

The rice was not fresh and reheated, and the amount of salt made it impossible to eat. The spring rolls were also reheated and overcooked, curry sauce was ok. In my opinion I had better experiences ordering chinese food.

Occasional I order a European menu and it?s always good. I do order bbq spare ribs and chicken curry with salt and pepper chips. 10/10 all the time.

Absolute shambles of a place. Got my dinner tonight and again wrong food came. When my wife and young son bit in to there chicken sate there was glass in it. When I call to complain she goes off her head and blames It on me saying I ordered to much food so they can't refund.

Called up for a PLAIN red curry, turned up with all veg in it when I called up they where rude and told me it wasn?t there problem and driver was too far, did not fix order now left with no food I wld eat and down 20 odd pound , disappointed not even worth a star

Been a regular customer for years food good but never again after the way the Chinese lady spoke to me this afternoon on the phone ..I called from my work and usually I call from home..the order was wrong gave curry instead of gravy ,called up to ask for it to be corrected as this has happened before but I never complained ..the lady said I ordered curry and started shouting at me and put phone down..they've lost my custom you do not speak to people like that ...so very very rude

Ordered a couple of festive munchie boxes over the holidays. Absolutely magic! One of our guests travelled as far as Stepps to join us, and couldn?t believe the standard of Chinese grub in Newmains. To quote big Arnie? I?ll be back.

I called to say we were missing a rice and she said sorry no more rice and hung the phone up. Lady doesn?t understand English very well. Should be someone else answering the phone.

Terrible. Woman taking orders has very limited understanding of or fluency in english, which lead to a totally wrong order being received. When I phoned back to explain, I just got screamed at in broken english and chinese. I wont be back.

Ordered a turbo fried rice, which was inedible took 2 forkfuls and binned it. The women in the take away argued with most people who called to order and even argued with a guy face to face. It seems to be because of her poor English she couldn?t understand folk and got angry with them. First time trying and definitely won?t be back.
