Just had our main bathroom and en suite done by nav recently.. Couldn't be happier with it. Both done in under a week and the job is perfect. no complaints about it at all.

Had my 2 bathrooms fitted this month by Kev and Nav. Very professional from start to finish. Had a home visit to measure up and quote then a visit to the showroom to see the range of wetwall of flooring. We were then given 3D plans of the bathrooms. Work began promptly after and both bathrooms were completed quickly with no issues at all. The fitter worked from 9 until 5 and we are delighted with the end result. Would recommend ?

Absolutely disgusted by this company!! Booked in for weeks to do my son and daughter in laws bathroom, to start at 10am today, took time of work and arrangements made for my 2 year old granddaughter, send a text at 09:59 to say can?t start until tomorrow!!! Bound to have known you weren?t starting 1 MINUTE before you were due to start!! Shocking way to run a business! AVOID and share this far and wide!! Newspapers writing story on this as we speak!!! ?

Do not go near this place! I have been waiting approx 6 weeks for them to come to fix my toilet which isn?t working it?s just as well I have another small bathroom. Every week they promise they?ll come and don?t. Ive phoned them about a dozen times they don?t call back. Then I pinned them down to today between 3-4 no show no telephone call. Receptionist just sighs a lot when you call. Navid promised the world it would be done soon and now can?t get hold of him? Cowboy outfit!

I got my three bathrooms completed just before the first lockdown started. When I went to pay, the owner said that he forgot to charge me items (was not given an itemised bill but was told an overall price for everything) and asked me to pay extra which I disagreed to as we agreed upon a price before work started.A series of issues then followed. The full shower attachment and wall bracket in my en-suite were not fitted properly and after a few days we noticed water was coming through my downstairs ceiling. The shower unit then fell off the wall and chipped my shower tray. They refitted the shower and I was assured that they had people that could repair shower trays. After a few months I reported that several tiles across my main bathroom and en-suite were starting to move resulting in the grout starting to crack. It is blatantly obvious when walking on them that you can feel/see movement. Countless phone calls back and forth and several visits later, I was assured that they would fix all the issues but they were very busy. They eventually re-grouted but the grout very quickly just started to crack again and is getting progressively worse .My last phone call was in December when it was the owner who answered and said that he would come out to assess the bathrooms. I hoped this would get things moving but I was sadly disappointed. He has taking no responsibility and barely looked at the floor before saying the tiles are fine and that grout cracks! Also, he said that his fitters can't replace individual tiles even though they had already replaced one because it had cracked where the fitters had cut it to fit round a wall. He also blamed us for the shower saying "they don't fall from the walls themselves". I ended up in tears because he was taking no responsibility and I've spent a lot of money for something not to standard. I will have to pay someone else now to lay click flooring on top of my tiles as Amazon provided the tiles to match the wall. Extremely disappointed as I wanted the tiles to match. He also said that he would not be able to fix the shower tray and would not compensate either (even though I was constantly assured it would be fixed) because I didn't pay for the items that he forgot to charge.The owner was very unpleasant and dismissive and when I got upset the owner then refused to listen to me and said he didn't want to deal with a crying woman and then proceeded to ignore me and only speak directly to my husband.I've been very naive. I was extremely patient given the situation with COVID and foolishly accepted when they told me they were very busy. I sent a letter at the start of the year outlining the issues. They have received it but they have failed to respond. I am very disappointed in the after care service and they have clearly not delivered what they promised.I would definitely not recommend this company.

In-laws bought tiles for bathroom and kitchen. 4 full packs left over - 24 tiles each 45cm x 45cm. No suggestion or offer of a refund and a refusal to uplift them. I'd be thinking twice before using this company again.
