We spent one night at this hotel after coming off a late flight. It is about a 5 - 10 minute drive from the airport, in an industrial estate and surprisingly quiet. The room is exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn, basic but comfortable and with everything you need. The bed was SO comfy and we slept really well then enjoyed a hot, powerful shower before a delicious cooked breakfast. We would recommend this Premier Inn and will definitely stay again.

Stayed here in a family room for 1 night before flying out of Edinburgh Airport. The room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. The staff were fantastic and a credit to Premier Inn, very friendly at check in and during our evening meal, making sure the kids were happy and accommodating with the food choices. We realised we forgot to change batteries on a device, the next morning the maintenance man opened up the device and gave us batteries. Very helpful and kind of the team. 5 stars * and will stay again when needing an airport base.

Room was dirty and bed sheets stained. Very noisy all evening so never got much sleep before an early start the next day. Restaurant is very basic which is fine but then there were things not available. For a basic menu is not good at all.

We had just come off a long flight which had been delayed multiple times and by the time we arrived at the hotel it was 2am! We were buzzed in and received a warm welcome by a staff member who checked us in. The bed was very comfy and more than adequate for the night. Lovely stay will be returning!

Great hotel if visiting Edinburgh. The park and ride for the tram into the city centre is just 5 mins drive. It is also a lot cheaper than the city centre. I always stay here. The breakfast is good. The rooms are clean

At the Premier Inn - you know what you are getting room wise. but I didn't expect the 5* customer service from the staff. 4am flight cancelled, son of 15 travelling with a friend to New York . Simon on reception after a 16 hours shift, calmed me down, increased my reservation for an extra night (As I'd managed to get a flight the next day - but his friend had got on a 2.20 flight that day - so split up)but suggested I went to the airport to see if I could get on the next flight and wait for final check in. It worked he got on - Returned to the hotel, all the staff were aware of our stressful predicament and gladly gave us a refund for that second night if we hadn't got him on a flight that day. Big shout out to Simon and a huge thank you - he saved the day.

There is no way to rate a 3.5 star, but that's what I would give this place. The room was quite basic, not that I expected anything more for the price. But we had the illusion of free wifi, which always ghosted us. In 2023, I find it lamentable that there is no wifi, when the mom and pop cafes down the street offer free and good wifi. Rooms were decent sized, and clean. Breakfast is as you get in similar hotels around Europe. If you want a stay to stay tucked in a d look out the window, this is not the place for it. But if you just will use the place as a decent stay to crash at, and can live with no wifi, this is a good bet. Better than an ibis for budget conscious travellers, but not better than a Delta or even Holiday Inn. Note: why I crib about the wifi is cos we had three different European network provider phones (KPN, T-Mobile And Vodafone) and not one of them had a 4G+ or 5G in these areas, so we sorely missed connecting to the network to make, say, bookings or reservations.

Great start to staying at this hotel. I have now tried to ring the hotel on 15 seperate occations throughout the day to speak to someone regarding my booking for the following day and no one picks the phone up!!! Not a way to run a hotel reception.

Very noisy as airport next door and planes literally take off and land right over the hotel. My room smelled of weed when I arrived.

Was used as a layover after landing at airport in the late evening. Should have booked the Doubletree Hilton or similar instead. Walls in room were marked, room smelt foosty and the bedding wasn't exactly clean and fresh. Marks and pulls on pillows, hairs in the bed and marks on duvet covers. If you want somewhere to get your head down that's cheap, fair enough. However it's not a hotel I would book again.

Comfortable stay, room was clean and pleasant, staff were very helpful and very nice. The location was convenient for getting into Edinburgh with a good bus route and for travel to and from the airport. I will stay here again

The staff are amazing, but the distance from the airport was surprising and no shuttle is provided. The cost from the hotel to the airport by taxi was £18. There is no food at lunch time and zero local amenities to compensate - so if you are there during the day (as I was, waiting for an afternoon flight), I suggest you bulk up on breakfast, or purchase something when at a shop before you get there. There are no USB ports in the plug sockets, so make sure you bring a USB plug doobrie!

We came in for just one night before travelling more in the UK. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Jen at the front was amazing and helped get us settled for our first time in the UK. Food was great and affordable.

Nothing wrong with the Premier Inn, it was just as you would expect room wise. Receptionist was very nice and helpful, my only issue was with the room directly above me who insisted on thumping around all night, resulting in little to no sleep, not what you need with a 6am flight.

Needed a sleep before our onward journey home. New we would get a comfortable bed for the night and a hearty breakfast before leaving in the morning. Only complaint would be duvets are a bit heavy for this time of year.
