Have no concerns about the shop or staff , but this queueing system at the first till is ridiculous and the management need to put a sign up to say that you can use any till as customers are abusive if you try to queue in any other unless its first till

First time visiting this store whilst on holiday in Scotland, in general lovely staff and a really clean friendly environment. Lots of choices and everything i needed! Sadly let down by the managers on shift that day, both were incompetent and very rude when talking to an employee

Nice and bright store. Lots of choice, homeware, cooking, cleaning, toys, groceries etc. Staff are always on shop floor if you need any help. Disabled parking spaces available.

Good selection of goods, well priced. Large Isles is easier to keep 2 metre distance. Sanitiser for trolleys and hands. I would shop there again.

Shocking staff that allow people to jump in the line as they wish, and all they dobis chuckle and avoid to look in the eye. Management of this place should do something about this. Its difficult times for everybody and staff doesn't make it easier by lack of interest in managing place and keeping order.
