Won over £800 went in to collect told me safe was closed and added a comment that I should go put nu ticket on machine and play the machines whilst the safe unlocked trying to get me to gamble my winnings safe was never locked they just didn't want to give me my cash this is a trick they use in every one of there shops ,, I went back half hour later and they told me the machine had just locked its self again so went back again got my winnings they had me outside the shop waiting for a hour or only juat over 800 pounds whilst they take millions of people , vile.......when someone wins you pay the cash like you take it not waste a hour or mu time and lie my mate works in a william hill another shop and he told me that they lie and do this constanty so people put there ticket on machines and lose there winnings
