Advertise that they are open until midnight but you can't get cigarettes after 9pm! ? Only shop I've ever heard of that has a cut-off time for selling cigarettes!

Anyone else noticing the poor quality of tesco finest fruit? 3rd box of grapes like mush and when you call, guess what, no option to speak to anyone. How do you deal with these stores now.

Visited Morrisons today to have brunch with my grandma at the Caffe. We were very unwelcome during this visit. Older lady behind the counter, was very rude to myself and my grandma, because apparently my grandmas wheel chair took up too much room and her other costumers needed that space. My grandmas wheelchair is an average size wheelchair, so I did not understand what she meant by this. When asked for her to explain to me, she got very hostile towards me. Other customers also felt uncomfortable and suggested that she should speak to us kindly, instead of raising her voice In such an awful manner. We will not be back here. My grandma suffers from anxiety and has high blood pressure. This was a bad experience for her and myself. we would not recommend anyone to come here, especially someone in a wheelchair or with bad mental help.

For the second time I tried a mobility scooter in Tesco Musselburgh and for the second time something went very wrong, the first time the scooter died in aisle 2 and that was just embarrassing, the female staff member was lovely and tried to get another but that wasn?t charged so I left, the second time was tonight 6/11/23 ? where after paying for my shopping the Scooter wouldn?t stop and crashed into a barrier at the self service checkout?again the male staff member was great however the scooter wouldn?t start again after him trying to fix it and he ended up getting my crutches and walking me to the car with my shopping. Tesco really needs to get the scooters sorted as it definitely not the first time I?ve seen/heard/ other experiences with these.

Call me old fashioned, but when I go up to the cashier, I want them to smile and say hello, then I want them to thank me for my custom and say goodbye.Tesco Musselburgh isn?t one of these stores.Yesterday the girl that served me was busy chatting to colleagues and seemed not see me standing in front of her. She didn?t say hello, didnt miss a beat of her conversation. Didn?t make eye contact. Put my goods through, told me my total and asked if wanted a receipt. She didn?t sense my annoyance at her ignoring me and immediately turned back to her friend/colleuge and continued to chat. I could hear the conversation and it wasn?t work related. This is pretty normal behaviour at this store, I?m surprised others don?t take issue with it??.Also a huge amount of phone use by the staff, it?s obviously something that?s allowed, I see staff at tills looking at phones??.staff on the floor have headphones in their ears??Im trying desperately not to go there but it?s the main supermarket and its hard to avoid?..Rubbish service!!!!

Terrible service, horrible service.Cashier of this Tesco is very rude.I experienced some problem relating to refund/exchange service with one of a cashier at a counter so I asked to meet her supvisor. The supervisor understood the situation and he discussed with other staffs at the Customer Service Centre (he explained, 'exchange' service is in charge of the Customer Service Centre, not at the counter - but the cashier instantly said that I cannot exchange anything without letting me know that it is in charge of Customer Service Centre).Afterwords, the supervisor agreed that I can chance the products. Even her supervisor and the Customer Service Centre team decided that I was right that means the cashier was wrong, but the cashier tried to make an argument continually.Since that point, it seems to me that she wanted to keeping fight with me - regardless of the regulation, guidelines, or responsibility as a staff - I felt very much uncomfortable.I can't sure if she is truly a racist but I felt like she is. I will never visit the Musselburgh Tesco again - was a traumatic experience to me.I don't want to open her name in this public domain, but I hope that she will realizes that she took a huge toll on other good colleagues' credit in Tesco.

The large shopping trolleys at this store are all in appalling condition and need renewed. You'll spend your entire visit "clunking" round the place.
