Absolutely AMAZING customer service - the staff is kind, welcoming, warm just brilliant people!If appointments and such are very stressful for you i advice you to visit this specsavers in particular. The staff provides the smoothest experience:)Anxiety is something that seriously affects me when it comes to eye tests and overall appointments but the team is just lovely:)(Andrew and Katie are the staff members that helped me so this is especially directed at them!!)

A superb opticians. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They were able to see me the same day because they have two slots each day kept for emergency appointments. I was seen, the problem was diagnosed and clearly explained, and I went home much re-assured and feeling much happier.

First time I have visited the Musselburgh branch, booked online, given an appointment the next day, the whole service was very professional and friendly, especially May, the Optician, took time to carryout the various tests, there was an initial problem with the first lenses, however this was quickly resolved and my vision is now perfect.

I've been using this branch for years and even after I moved out of the area, I've continued to attend the Musselburgh branch for all my appointments. Staff are super helpful and friendly. It's really well run and I now have my eldest daughter attending regularly too

I've been going to Specsavers in Musselburgh for a few years now, and I'm very happy with the service they provide. The staff are great, and going there is a nice experience. I recently got a new pair of glass as my eyes got a little worse, and I am very please with them.
