Good service even though it was busy. Gave clear instruction to my child who needs extra time and assurance. We went back for a second look at the frames and took our time to choose. That was all ok and staff were polite.

Second visit for contact lenses trial
the first were the wrong prescription!
The second ones we're still the wrong prescription so they've said they'll order more and I can just pick them up and try at home, even though I'm new to contact lenses and there previous efforts have failed!!

Not the greatest experience when getting new glasses. Had to take them back 4 times now as still 2 strong. Taking them back for a 5th time on Monday.

Even though I Get a 10% discount elsewhere I still go to Specsavers as you can't put a price on good eye health , you're always assured of a job well done wether it's an eye or a hearing test .
