Staff very unhelpful. Website suggests child savings account must be opened in branch and no mention that an appointment is required for this until you get there. Inconvenient opening hours and poor parking options. A little more kindness from staff wouldn?t hurt.

Everyone working there were so very patient, understanding and helpful. The Advice my sister and I were given was easy to understand and spot on. Melissa who helped us with a sensitive matter was especially good. Thank you so much.

Overall quite happy with this bank bank but they have been gung ho with branch closures.No proper branch exists now in the City of Edinburgh except 1 in the city centre.Who ever want to go into the city centre where you will spend 1 hour trying to find a parking space and spent half your account balance on parking charges. Its easier going out ofvthe city and using Musselburgh branch. Won't be for everyone though. Rant over.I am seriously considering changing my bank account due to this!

There was no one in the branch qualified to discuss matters relating to my personal loan. The staff admitted to this. Meant to be a bank but can't talk about their own products and services? they forwarded me to their outsourced 'helplines' which has not produced any meaningful outcome to my questions for months now. Will probably be moving bank.

Would like to thank the customer service/meet and greet lady who helped us eventually change our address to our new one in Spain. After 9 months of information and letters being sent back and forth she took it upon herself and copied all our information and wrote a personal letter to the team in Bradford, within the week we received an email from Bradford saying our new cards were on their way.Thanks again for the time you spent and the work you did. Proof that the personal touch is still best.Derek and Christine Wilson
