Avoid. The attendant had parked his own car in the entrance and was hoovering it out. Didn?t even attempt to engage with us. Went to the other nearest one and exact same thing. Very unprofessional and waste of time, won?t be coming back!

I went this morning for a car wash and thought the customer service delivered by Martin was excellent and found the car wash to be very good. I will return again but next time for a valet.

They were rude and arrogant and wouldn't even walk 2 meters to the window to discuss the prices with me, trying to force me into the car wash so that I didn't have then a choice to to leave. Edit: to be clear, the prices where I stopped were incorrect, I was informed, and that I had to drive to the front of the carwash machine to view the prices by which time you would have no option but to go through the car wash.

Absolutely fantastic service from the guys here, apologies I don?t recall the young man?s name but he did a quick repair on one of the panels on my Golf and not only that found my long lost purse that had been missing thought lost with a lot of cash in it. I used this car wash at the end of last year and it was fine. At the beginning of March 2025 I took my car for a mini valet service. The inside of my car was okay but next day I noticed that my car was covered with white water marks. I took my car back to IMO and was advised it was just dust as there had been a lot of dust in the air. When I tried to remove the spots myself with water, they just appeared again.
I took my car to IMO again, and this time they put it through the wash for free but next day, same problem but now even worse.
I decided to take my car elsewhere to another reputable valet service. The guy hand washed and hand dried my car. The marks appeared to have gone, but next day, same thing. This new guy said if the problem continues it is possible that the outer layer of protection had been removed. I suspect that is what happened.
I returned to IMO for a 4th time and they told me to contact customer service which I did. That was 3 days ago, and so far I?ve had no reply.
I am looking into what my legal rights are.
For context, I have a black car which I believe can be more susceptible to harsh chemical cleaning.

TLDR: Washes can be ok, but when something isn?t right, don?t expect a customer service response.
Have gone for a few Ultra HD washes here now, quality was ok until last visit where the dryer wasn?t working, this left spots of I?m assuming wax all over the windows which just ended up smeared across the glass by the final stage.
Spoke to staff afterwards, they acknowledged it wasn?t working but still seemed happy to take customers despite this. Submitted a request for at least a partial refund on the website but the request as of a week later has been completely ignored.
Sadly really not worth the price, so won?t be returning.

These guys are crazy, I don't know how they did it, but the interior of my car looks as if they replaced it entirely. Looks like a new one. I have no idea if they ripped out the upholstery and repainted everything, because it seems impossible. They must have used some kind of dark magic.

My car was a pure state when I brought it down, got it back and it looked like tge day I bought it. The thing was gleaming. Never had a better clean than IMO, will always be my go to!
