Put my car in for MOT and it failed (no huge surprise) but what I didn't expect was to be told that they couldn't fix the electric issue that was the main fault (it really wasn't hard as it turns out) so I had to take it to another garage that could do electrics! Unbelievable! How can a garage that undertakes MOT inspection not have a mechanic that fixes electrics? How to lose business in one easy lesson.

Today the 4 TH OF JANUARY I arrived at agreed time 830 am.Two front tyres fitted and on the road for 0905.Once again a fantastic service well done guys 10/10Hi guys today the 6th of January 2021 I phoned Stewart regarding a slow puncture in my daughters tyre at 330 pm was asked to go down as soon as possible to fit me in.Kyle looked after the repair came and explained the problem.Job done in less than half an hour. Always polite, always courteous and upfront about timings etc. They were happy to look over my tyres as I had a fault light when I dropped of my keys for another vehicle without quibble. Would recommend.

I have been bringing my Audi here since I got it it?s 8yrs old and I trust them implicitly to do only what I need doing . As a female most of technical problems would go over my head when it comes to the car . However they give me sound advice and I know they are only doing what work needs done unlike some garages that would see me coming and tell me anything

I took my clio in for an mot. It failed as it needed 1 new shock absorber. I was quoted over £400. Checked online to see how much one was. The best quality absorber was £45. I have now taken it to another garage and paying less than half that. I think this is unacceptable. I feel as though everyone is out to rip off the consumer. So please shop around before going here.

I got my MOT done here and they were very professional and didn't do any unnecessary work. I had advisories on my brakes but they were very honest with me and said I had a few months worth left on them so booked them in for a couple months afterwards to get the work done. Simply top class Auto care garage. I have had a memorable great experience as recently my old car services were done here. The experience was full of customer friendliness, trust worthy, honesty and full of empathy even the receptionist considered my inconvenience, highly recommended.

I visited this D&G Autocare for an oil and oil filter change, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. I was so pleased with their work that I plan on returning to them for any future car maintenance.

I booked in my car with D&G Autocare for MOT and Service, popped in the morning to drop in the car and was rudely welcomed, there is no designated places to leave the car, i asked for when can i pick up my car and the reply was you can only pick it up if it passes MOT. I requested to get wheel alignment checked in the morning, got a call couple of hours later that car is ready to be picked up, which was fine, when i went to pick up the car and asked about the wheel alignment, the reply was they never checked it and i never asked them to check it in the morning.
