Busy Pharmacy serving a busy community. Never had any problems. Maybe information on the website to tell customers that the dispensary is closed between 13:00 and 15:15 hours to avoid disappointments.

They don't answer the phone really, which is my main gripe. Being able to confirm your prescription is with them and being processed would make things so much easier (I'm not reffing to their repeat prescription service).The staff are generally helpful and clear.

Please don't mislead people with waiting time, was told my prescription will be ready 2:15, arrived only to get it at 2:50 while told it's going to be 5 minutes. I understand that it's understaffed (and the staff is always helpful) but I can't take an afternoon off to wait for my prescription.

the wait times are ridiculous 40 minute in a queue to get to the desk and be told oh I'm going on a break now come back at 2:15. ??

Up until the end of 2021, I really could not fault the service provided by this pharmacy for my continuing Chronic Medication Prescription. It is usually ready to collect on a Thursday as I can't get time off work on a Friday and is needed for the Saturday (we've all been told not to stockpile our medicines). My prescription was not ready to collect on Thursday, could not be collected on Friday and although tge website says pharmacy open until 2pm today 03/01, there's no access to the premises! Given that I will now have to wait until at least Wednesday to collect my medicines, almost a week, I am seriously not impressed!

This is where I get my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff are helpful and professional, and they have always managed to sort out any problems I may have. I cannot speak about the retail side, because I never use it. Their prices do seem a bit on the steep side, hence the one missing star.

We have been going here for years and so this post is somewhat overdue!Firstly, the counter staff. So helpful, patient and polite, they always go out of their way to help, including finding specific things in store, otherwise ordering them in for us.And then the pharmacy staff, the same goes for all of them and they genuinely care, demonstrating this by checking with us to make sure we enough medicines for over the festive period, for example. They work tirelessly, making up medications and finding them for people when they come later to collect.A big overdue thank you from Richard, Trish and Dave Purvey!

Awful customer experience. Massive queue, 5 staff on the floor and only 2 serving. Staff not sure how to use their own platform, takes 2 to get ipad working. 10 min later I get served and offered advantage card... No thank you ?
