Awful signage, confusing layout, big queues and short staffed BUT OMG the staff deserve a medal and in particular Jennifer. How she kept her cool in the face of lack of staff, stressed and angry customers and awful working conditions I don't know but she did! Give that woman a promotion, pay rise or at least pat on the back because if anyone deserves it she does!!

Moira at the Musselburgh Branch was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I Will be closing my Bank of Scotland account and banking elsewhere. It just takes a bad experience to make you take your business elsewhere. May benefit from customer service training. I have never been spoken to so obnoxiously by a member of banking staff.

Getting through to a customer service rep is disgusting, the automative system wants a ton of details, understand that it is for security reasons but I only wanted to ask a simple question, then when I eventually got through I had at least a 10 minute wait..terrible service

Great service, staff very polite and friendly, I thought my question was silly and they put my mind at ease and helped me, will happily return, only popped in today as would not have made it home in time to visit my local branch and I left a happy man, thank you BOS Musselburgh!

Brusque, not the most welcoming. Not really improved in CS since I was a student 40ya. I would never give them any money making business. Great Web site though.
