Bank of Scotland close my accounts after my mum passed away I had a few bounced cheques even tho I paid them the bank of Scotland closed my personal band my business accounts even tho the branch manager spoke to them and some of the staff have know me for over 20 years the told them no and this is a bank that said they are a local bank crap
