Awful signage, confusing layout, big queues and short staffed BUT OMG the staff deserve a medal and in particular Jennifer. Moira at the Musselburgh Branch was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I Will be closing my Bank of Scotland account and banking elsewhere. It just takes a bad experience to make you take your business elsewhere. May benefit from customer service training.
