I was in a rush and good said a rbs customer can put a cash deposit into there bank in tsb but then a got told they can?t do it ? you can deposit money into your Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) account at TSB branches, but you'll need to use a debit card and PIN?

Recently joined this bank and Anne and Derek were amazing at giving me the guidence and support they helped me to do my switch and help me. Set up online banking and telephone banking amazing customer services from TSB motherwell can't wait to be a customer of your guys

No Counter Servces at all on Saturdays (waited ages waiting for someone, then to be told \\\"we dont do counter services on Saturdays!\\\" - No sign up telling me of this either. Wanted to pay money into an account (didnt have card to use machines, told \\\"you should always have your card on you\\\". Quite condascending atitude i thought. Terrible as i had to travel quite a way as they closed all the closest branches too. Waste of time.

Great staff I've been with this branch nearly 3 yrs plus, I've never had any issue, that wasnt sorted. Considering the situation I'm in, they have been very supportive and even explained stuff when I didn't know, the only thing I can say to the reviewer, saying he can only lift 50pounds out, is If u lost ur card hardly or no ID then that is the case but not on weekends, tsb is the best bank around in my opinion, alway helpful, always pleasant, ? nice branch nice staff, sorted all my issues for me,

Shane they shut the Wishaw branch which was closer for me but I closed my account and then needed historic bank statements and the staff were v very helpful in getting them for me

The manager is genuinely lovely and helpful, not so sure about anyone else , have been spoken to very rudely by the same cashier several times , the last time it was too much trouble for her to count money ( a large amount of cash ) , she has such a bad attitude, lm surprised she gets away with it , lots of customers have noticed and l think the manager knows also but is too nice to reprimand her !

Have to travel 3 miles to local branch struggling with money. Unhelpful staff won't let me take out more than £50 and i need electricity, gas food etc
