Dreadful service. The greeting started with a sigh from the guy behind the counter. He looked bored and annoyed he had a customer .
I asked if he could repair my laptop strap as the leather had frayed.
He said yes - no more explanation - this is what he thought was acceptable.
Must have taken a whole 2 minutes. Charged me £15 for my trouble.
(I know I could have bought a new one for less - thought support local businesses).
Never again ? Dreadful, not even acknowledged the poor service

Had an urgent need for some engraving on a trophy for primary school. Presentation tomorrow. Very helpful gentleman in the shop listened to my sad tale of woe, stopped what he was doing and did my engraving for me right away. I was most impressed. A very helpful guy who was determined to assist me and ensure that the trophy was ready for the awards ceremony. So grateful for his assistance. Can I give him more than 5 stars? And the cost was really not a lot for such grand service. Sadly I guess no one else bothers recording good service these days.

If you ask for a car key they say they don't have it and they can't clone it . And even if you bring your own blank key they will say they won't do it for different reasons. one of them is that you didn't buy it from them.That's just awesome ?

I had a terrible experience at this place. The guy working there was incredibly rude and showed absolutely no consideration. It felt like he was annoyed with me for simply asking to get some keys cut. When I asked him further questions, he treated me like I was an idiot. Yes, I may not be an expert at cutting keys, but that doesn't excuse his disrespectful behavior towards customers. Given the price and the reputation of this brand, the level of customer service was shockingly poor. I feel compelled to leave this bad review to warn others about the unpleasant experience I had.

Was just in this afternoon and was served by Craig. I had a minor issue with a boot, which he dealt with immediately. Could not have asked for a more courteous man. 10/10
