Whether you are busy or not could you please be a bit more compassionate when a grieving customer comes in to ask for a wreath! My mum is very upset, she didn?t know you wouldn?t deliver to a church, she was made to feel as if she was a bother and wasting your time because she didn?t know the proper address to send it to. For your information, a florist in Bellshill were more than happy to phone round to make sure the flowers got delivered to the right place. If you can?t offer this service at least be a little more gentle to people like my mum who not only has depression but has lost a close member of her family.

I live in Canada and my aunt in the USA. Both of us use this wonderful flower shop at least once to twice a year. They never disappoint us with the wonderful arrangements they deliver. This year I added a balloon which was a nice added touch. They have the website that we can use to place our order fast and easy. You will not be disappointed with using this location. Wonderful customer service.

This was my first time using this florist and, as it was for my friend's 60th birthday, was a tad nervous. I needn't have worried. The flowers were absolutely lovely and, more importantly, my friend was delighted with them. Would highly recommend.

Was sent flowers for my 60th birthday was supposed to be neutral colours creams and whites. Left lying at front door colours were pinks, lilacs and whites. Bouquet looked like the £10 ones you get from Tesco or asda. Disappointed.

Always get our sprays for the grave from here and are always stunning. Exactly what I ask for every time. Only phoned Monique on Friday late afternoon for Monday pick up and was told no probs at all. Both Monique and Mhari are always so lovely and chatty. Really welcoming shop, Thanks again Xx
