My experience at Specsavers was excellent, the staff were extremely polite and helpful from receiving eye test to choosing glasses and fitting of them would highly recommend going to Specsavers.

Being a customer over many years at Motherwell, and being advised (months ago) by the optician that I had blepharitis both eyes and still have, my GP advised to arrange a follow- up review with the optician who having assessd would consider prescribing medication - thereafter my GP would prescribe as guided by the optician.
Was disappointed to be advised today that an appointment to see an optician was DENIED (despite raising our concerns denying an examination in the shop) - the process apparently being submitting a photograph whereafter a telephone appointment !!! Poor service and not what I would have expected as a longstanding customer.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Got my new glasses within a week of ordering them.
Went back to store for collection and fitting was carried out through...making sure glasses where correct fit for myself.
Daughter aged 7 had eye test carried out aswell and all staff very friendly,
She was delighted with kids activity pack given to her .

I had two pairs of glasses bought from this place , I only had them about 4 weeks and the arm broke , Took it into get repaired and was met with a rather cheeky lady insisting I pay £35 for repaid , Now I needed the glasses next day for my holiday and I was going to pay for repair but her attitude is not what you would expect from a shop assistant , She actually said will I take your name of the list , So I said yes as I won't be back in here again , Avoid
