“Had an urgent need for some engraving on a trophy for primary school. Presentation tomorrow. Very helpful gentleman in the shop listened to my sad tale of woe, stopped what he was doing and did my engraving for me right away. I was most impressed. A very helpful guy who was determined to assist me and ensure that the trophy was ready for the awards ceremony. So grateful for his assistance. Can I give him more than 5 stars? And the cost was really not a lot for such grand service. Sadly I guess no one else bothers recording good service these days.”
