Male manager/ supervisor speaking to a clearly upset member of young female staff , on the shop floor for customers to see and hear. He seemed to be rather patronising and the fact that he was having such a conversation on the shop floor is highly inappropriate. Especially when the girl was obviously upset about something. Was sad to see and very unprofessional. By the time I got to the till the girl served me and she was lovely with fabulous customer service
