“What a refreshing attitude of the staff at I.J Allan Pharmacy. Pleasant telephone manner and 1st class service when I went to collect my sons medication. I have used Boots since my son was diagnosed with epilepsy for just over a year, with constant issues with the supply of medication and shocking telephone manner from some of the Boots staff. I was being pleasant too, so there was no need for the attitude.I was recommended I.J Allan Pharmacy and it was like night and day. Keep up the great customer service and welcoming attitude, it makes for a fantastic service. So much so, that I have now switched my sons prescription to go there. Thank you for providing a service that lots of companies no longer offer. Your staff are a credit to you.
