This shop is a strange one. It sits just across from my old high school, so I have frequented it for a good number of years, and have always had a weird experience with the shop keepers. They used to follow you around as if you were going to steal something, and basically intimidate you so much that you left without buying anything. They weren't backwards in saying something to you too, even if you weren't doing anything. I found myself in here again after leaving school because one of my friends lives in the house next door to the shop. I went in for a bottle of wine, and was met with the same suspicion as I was when I was 15! I wasn't impressed. It's over priced as well, and as with a lot of corner shops, the produce is three times the price you would pay in Asda or Tesco. The booze section is big though, and they even keep the Buckfast in the fridge. Classy. I wouldn't choose to go here if I didn't have to, as it makes me feel like a young un again!
