Order from here if you want snotty remarks, cold food and half the items of your order missing. I don't remember being treated with this much contempt after a restaurant messed up this badly.

Not fast food cold

Order from here if you want your food to be missing half the items (in our case all dips, a Big Mac and our fries) and arrive cold. But the temperature of the food is nothing compared to the temperature of the service. I have hardly ever been treated this condescending, this snotty after a restaurant messed up pretty much all of my order. Wow. It's an experience - but not one to repeat. Avoid.

I love McDonald's it's my absolute favourite place in the whole wide world and I highly recommend it to breakfast or just a wee treat once in a while x
Parking: The parking is really good you can park close to the McDonald's so you don't have to walk long distances x

Delivery service abysmal- missing items and wrong items sent. Put a chilli cheese burger inside a happy meal. Shockingly difficult to get a refund via the McDonalds app. Never had a good experience with this McDonalds. Avoid.

Hello, 21.1.25. Order number 80.I normally use the drive through for my breakfast meal which is sausage and egg mc muffin meal with a coke (no ice) and another sausage and egg on its own which is always spot on, staff friendly, brilliant and excellent at their job. On the above date I got two hash brown instead of my sausage and egg mc muffin which I phoned the shop and the person dealt with me very professional with excellent customer service,(we're all only human after all) I later went back and got a main meal for the mix up, the experience I got was extremely satisfactory from the girl at the counter to the guy doing table service. Well done everyone a BIG THUMBS UP FROM ME. I'm still a very happy customer and prefer Mc Donald's to KFC/PIZZA HUT.

Always busy. More often than not milkshake machine not working. Missing items or wrong item. Wait time for food high, especially at drive through. If you do have a problem they are quick to rectify if you go inside.

Ordered breakfast, had to wait in the carpark 15 minutes and then got the wrong item.
