The food was nice. The only thing wrong was I ordered a coffee, and when my order was ready, I was told that there was no coffee. The only option that I was offered was a tea or hot chocolate, which I don't like, and the two so I took a cold drink

The slowest "fast food" establishment I've ever been to! I have visited this branch a few times at various times of the day and every time, I've had a significant wait for my order. The staff don't appear too happy or motivated. Perhaps more staff to keep up with the orders might help the obvious morale issue as well as the speed of service issue. Perhaps a larger shop might help as well due to the volume of customers at peak times.

One of the workers who I found out was named Cameron was extremely rude to me and when he gave me my food he even said that he spat in it I tried to contact the manager with no success as of now please do not visit!

Unfortunately the chips were cold. I customised the burger. It was really not nice, like they didn't care about the presentation. I wouldn't go back here.

Expect at least a 15 minute wait and then cold food. Just eat drivers take priority over everyone else. Always short staffed.
