Not had any issues with collecting my parcels from here until today. They would not give me my parcel until I had given them the code. Only code I had was the royal mail tracking number, but that wasn't good enough. I felt as if they thought I was on the steal. I eventually got through to the sender that I purchased the item from and they gave me a code, but still the wrong one. The sender then discovered that the receiving location hadn't scanned the item so that would then produce the barcode via my email. Guess what, they scanned the item and I got the email. 20 minutes of my life I won't get back and eventually got an apology from the staff in lifestyle extra, but it was through gritted teeth. Not sure if this location will be used again.
