The place is a shambles took car in last week tyre was going down no matter what I did to it. Took it in here and was told there was nothing wrong with it and if warning lights came back on take it straight back no appointment needed. So 3 days later took it back and the assistant supervisor was no help at all and very very cheeky! Never looked at the car even though there was empty bays where my car could have went. Won't be using them again and the worker that couldn't find anything wrong with the tyre 3 days ago cannot remember me being in.. (cos assistant manager was standing beside him). The manager who is away was great 3 days ago just a shame he wasn't in.

Had to take my car in today with a puncture. Dealt with Jai who couldn?t have been more helpful. Best service and experience I?ve had in ages. Really pleased and will happily return and use again.

I asked the technician to check all tyre pressures and adjust accordingly. The new tyre fitted had a pressure of 2.8, when it should have been 2.4. The other three tyres had varying pressures from 1.9 to 2.6. I would not recommend this centre to anyone. Customer service is terrible

Very friendly and professional service from the team at Kwik Fit Motherwell. The place was busy but our car was seen on time. They offered some friendly advice and some extra services such as wheel alignment, but weren't pushy. Good experience all round, we'll be back again.

The team at the Mothwrwell branch are so professional, helpful and friendly, offering a first class service. Nothing was too much bother.
The first time I used the Motherwell garage was to have my tyres checked as the warning light had come on alerting a problem. The team checked this out for me, reassuring me that my tyres weren't showing any sign of puncture etc and made sure that pressures were corrected.
A couple of weeks later my MOT was due and they obliged by offering an early appointment. Again a first class service by the team ?
