Shocking service, waited over an hour and half for delivery, driver sat in same spot for over an hour, shop don?t bother to answer phone so impossible to ask where order is ? food freezing cold and soggy. Can of juice was warmer than the food ????

Usually give it a miss, and drive to either Wishaw or Hamilton, but was in a hurry, got home ,nothing has changed, cold and soggy chicken, and wrong order again

Food was good as always but thus KFC is always absolutely freezing inside, no matter where u sit to eat you would be best getting it to go as 8ts probably warmer outside than it is inside the KFC and that isn't a joke, if ur going here outwith summer days then wrap up warm as there's nothing worse than trying to enjoy your food when it's freezing inside the place

ordered food here for myself and children zinger had no sauce or salad and chicken pops raw in middle and burned on outside milkshake had no flavour whatsoever and was just ice chips were rotton potatoes and frozen on inside when I complained all I got told was there nothing we can do just eat only refunded me 40 pounds I never received a refund

The food is the same at any KFC so this review is on service.Originally waited at Drive Thru for 10 min with queue not moving, thought there was an issue so decided to go inside (turned out they had just been ignoring drivers for that time).Ordered inside and waited 50 mins for food, all of which came from the fryer. Seemed to be managing to prepare one order every 5 mins.Order was wrong so went up to counter and was ignored by all of the staff, during which time other people also came up to complain about their orders.Eventually got our order sorted but food was cold by the time we got to eat it. Wish we had just ordered from elsewhere.

pretty much as any other KFC ,, Asked why they charge for PAPER BAGS . Told its the government tax ,, When i said its for plastic bags as they dont decompose in land fill ,, I was told Its because its a branded bag ,,, RUBBISH MATE its meant to be a tax on plastic bags ,, So i say to you folk ask see what the answer you get
