Coffee was good and inside Greggs was nice but what a filthy centre it's in - overflowing bins and broken glass. The landlord should be ashamed.

Handy place for a coffee and on cold days u can stand under the heater at the door while kiddin on your gonna buy a sandwich for some free heat

I go everyday, before work, to get a Latte and the staff are always very pleasent, happy, helpful and the service is amazing. The food is always fresh and very tasty. The shop is spotless and usually well stocked, depending on the time of day.

the best greggs store in motherwell! made a request for a mint hot chocolate in the comments on the just eat app as it wasn?t on the menu list and they delivered! cute little positive message written on the bag with a cute wee drawing as well, made my night the staff here are one in a million and the food was hot and arrived fast ?? tried to leave a written review on the just eat app but wouldn?t allow me to type x

We visited Greggs in Windmillhill Street, Motherwell this afternoon. There are 9 tables and they were all vacant but not cleared, with crumbs, wrappers etc. There were 6 members of staff present. 2 were serving and the others were laughing and and joking and 2, wearing Santa Hats, were dancing about. We cleared a table ourselves and another customer who followed us in, did the same. The floor badly needed swept with crumbs everywhere. Greggs is great for coffee and a quick snack and I go to various branches regularly but this particular branch needs attention.
