I was a Virgin customer for many years. Eventually their prices got too high and today I switched to EE for the first time, with just as good broadband at a much better deal, thanks to this store. Dale was a massive help, explained everything clearly and got me sorted in no time. Would recommend.

We have been with this shop for the last 7 years . We cant praise them enough for all their hard work . We are a charity and like everyone problems with our phones . We had the pleasure of watching cameron work his self up to now Manager . His team are a credit to him . Everyone has been stars each time we come in .

Absolute gem of a guy. Had trouble with my eSim with EE tech team would do nothing. The guy sorted in 5 mins. Remember to bring your license or passport with you.

Proper friendly with the manager showing his staff how to really manage. E.E senior management can learn from him in my opinion as senior management always screw things up and leave it to staff like him to pick up the peaces. Worst experience ever in this shop. I went there to give me a sim card replacement. I get the wrong sim. Make me wait over 24h until I go to a different shop and get it done.
