Just went into ask to transfer money to a bathroom company as my banking app wouldnt let me as i think my password was wrong, only to be told thats what your app is for , you can change your password on it , couldnt get into it on my phone, different person told me to use the branch wifi which kept kicking me out , was in with work clothes on so clearly i didnt have all day to go through this, i just wanted them to transfer it for me to save me time and trouble, thanks for the assistance - absolutely USELESS

Closing all local branches. How can they say they care about their customers when, very clearly, they don't. What happens to customers who want to physically pay money into an account. It's not always convenient to transfer from another account, we need to be able to put that money there in the first place. Doesn't help when they're closing the local branches forcing us to travel.

Closed my account with Virginia money and then needed historic bank statements. The last I spoke to was very helpful and managed to get me all the statements I needed.

Lunchtime- one assistant on the teller counter, a queue of 5 customers waiting, one additional staff member on the floor desk asking customers in the queue if she can help them!!I said "yes, is it possible for you to go on a teller position and reduce the queue?" ..... The assistant replied "It's not my day on the teller"Virgin Money just the same old Clydesdale Bank- very poor customer service.
