I have been here a few times and it is entertaining.
It's almost like being in PS3 game.
My last visit saw a giant troll just coming off a masonic march in heated debate with a sumo sized member of staff having a stramash over a non existent phone.

This has to be hands down the best CEX that I've been to and I've been to many.
Staff are friendly, the store is clean and warm as soon as you enter with clear display cabinets
(Even though they have a dedicated Nintendo display shelf, ?sorry Sega for life?) The store is very well kept.
Recently I've had a disability and navigating through the store was no harder than when I didn't have such disability.
Staff were always ready to help me pick up things from the bottom shelf or make buying and selling as comfortable as possible.
Well knowledge about their products and if one member of staff does not have the answer to your questions they will get correct advice from another member of staff that clearly are experts in that field.
I've baught a few games based on the advise from members of staff and had a good giggle doing so making my experience as a customer more pleasurable.
I would like to take the opportunity to have this review used by any member of staff to take this and show your CEOs or area management how they run this store and ask, and I mean all staff rewarded as obviously from a customer's point of view things are working well at this branch of your franchise. Wishing the staff and store all the best in 2025
