I was very impressed with the indepth eye test offered at Boots in Motherwell. As someone who has numerous eye conditions going on the staff were brilliant and reassuring. The level of professionalism was superb.?

Both the gentleman were super helpful and friendly. The gentleman with Glasses at the till/desk was so chatty and put my daughters nerves at ease as she has previously fainted during an eye test due to anxiety after receiving dilation drops at another optician (not boots) the actual optician himself (strawberry blonde hair) was so helpful and put both myself and my daughter at ease and explained ever In depth to us both. 10/10 for customer care would gladly recommend Boots opticians to anyone (previously having used spec savers and optical express) Job well done x

I was refused the collection of my contact lenses. The lady suggested that I should ?cut my nails? because I couldn?t put the lenses in. She stood by me for one minute and then walked away, saying I should come back with shorter nails. There was absolutely no professionalism.

Mark the Optician and the staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Mark was very professional and very attentive to me and gave me a thorough Eye Scan that showed up some issues with my eye lids and Mark gave me two kinds of eye drops for relief of the irritating and blurry vision.
