Disappointed with Customer Service
The choice in this store is okay, but quite basic compared to Lidl.My main issue, however, is with the staff. I had an unpleasant experience when using the fast lane checkout?an employee began moving my trolley without saying anything, practically pulling it out of my hands, and nearly hurt me in the process. It felt rushed and aggressive.
I understand that retail jobs are tough and wages can be low, but that?s not an excuse to treat customers poorly. Ultimately, it's the customers who keep the store running. A bit of courtesy goes a long way.

Staff are very very rude, followed me, my husband and 2 children around the shop radioed security to keep an eye on my 3 year old, was still on the first isle and the security guard had been round at me 5 times already, he had different members of staff with there radio to keep eyes on him!!! Attitude was awful!

Love my aldi, so much to choose from, I especially love the vitamin water just now can't get enough of it lol,I like all the Scottish products too and now they have the self scan it's so much quicker

Very few staff, no manned tills. Had to use self serve but forgot these don't remove discounts for reduced items so had to flag down member of staff to rectify issue on main till. Hard work to buy a few items, puts me off shopping there. Should ALWAYS be one manned lane open as a minimum service
