Welcome to The Maze-Mart! Where shopping is not just a necessity?it's an adventure! Prepare yourself for a scavenger hunt where milk hides behind the lightbulbs, bread lurks near the dog toys, and toilet paper is probably in Narnia.
Every aisle feels like it was designed by a mischievous gremlin with a vendetta against logic. The signs are either missing or lying to you. Ask an employee, and they might respond with a cryptic riddle or simply vanish into the mist.
And the liquor section? Oh boy. Every bottle is in its own little metal cage, like it's doing hard time. I half expected to hear a bottle of whiskey whisper, 'Help me, I?ve been framed!' You need a staff member with a special key to free them?making it feel like an adoption process rather than a purchase.
If you love the thrill of the hunt and don't mind occasionally shouting, 'Has anyone seen the pasta sauce?' into the void, this is the store for you. Five stars for entertainment value. One star for actually finding groceries.

Wanted to use the toilets after shopping and having a restaurant and they were locked and was told they are locked because they get vandalized.why are there signs saying customer toilets then?
Just as well the shop is not closed when you have a theft !!!!!

Has the most products of any Montrose supermarket but they keep moving stuff around and some lines randomly disappear. Parking bays are too narrow, some staff are not very courteous. Long opening hours.

I would like to give a shout out to Natalie on the bakery. I was feeling a bit unwell and she was really helpful. She got me a drink of water and made sure I was ok. Above and beyond.

Lack of disabled parking due to Tesco managers not making sure security are checking to see if lazy people who are not disabled are taking up disabled spaces especially if it raining. But disabled people have to struggle with wheelchairs, walkers ect due to having to park in small non disabled spaces. It's about time Tesco followed the law and ejected those able bodies people out of disabled spaces, including workers van and even Tesco employees.

Just to say that I ordered a click and collect delivery and the driver went way beyond help to ensure we received our orders as we got held up in traffic and had a few delays and the driver was very helpful and waited until we arrived and we were a good 45 min later than expected and couldn?t thank him enough it?s so nice to say we really appreciate going that extra mile unfortunately we never got his name this order was delivered on 10/11/23

Dreadful , did an online order , was told delivery be 4 to 5 pm , then was texted it be 545 , then another fir 715 pm , 840 pm I phoned customer help to be informed oh your orders cancelled , oh really why?s that I asked , technical issues , what does that even mean , have all the vans broke down .now have to wait 3 to 5 days fir a refund and no offer of a delivery from them today as a way of saying sorry , appalling service

took a seat whilst friend at counter being served. when a seat in quieter place became free , i moved so my friend who wears hearing aides could hear better. an assistant came and said i have been sent to tell you you can't reserve seat as i have not been served. i pointed out my friend was at counter being served and she walked away not very friendly
