Great place to go for MMA classes for both adults and children.First class PT sessions with the best coaches.Well equipped Gym to work out in.All coaches and members look out for each other.Fantastic Family Atmosphere .Only gym I feel truly happy to attend..First Class in all aspects..

Can't recommend enough ?. Just joined jaxs gym on the mma kickstart programme, Dale definitely knows his stuff looking forward to the rest of the sessions.
