Took my van in to get an oil leak sorted. They told me they need me to steam clean my engine before they could start looking for the problem. This is a team of fitters not mechanic's and if you need a problem fixing this isnt the place. Wasted £49 on a membership to get a discount and use them going forward and they cant fix anything. Wasted my time and money.Not often i go to a garage for a repair and they tell me i need to go to a mechanic first.

Got 4 tyres fitted and an oil change, damaged one of my wheels by scratching the powder coat off my wheel and lost my locking wheel nut, no manager in so got asked to go back in Monday, told them I would be there at 5 as work out of town only to arrive at 16:50 for them to be closed, after the receptionist told me there would be someone there please save your money and yourself the hassle of going here , they are quick enough to take your money but don?t want to take responsibility for their mistakes and would rather you found the damage yourself than them owning up to it, so just go anywhere but Halfords, al not be going back there, waste of time, money, energy, and oxygen ?Services: Tires

Went in with a coolant leak , took two days for them to tell me they couldn?t do anything and to take it to forfar. Terrible communication refused to answer basic questions. Literally ignored me , or to listen to me as to what the fault was which resulted in misdiagnosis and more wasted time not once did they phone to update me . I had to do all the phoning. I will never use Halfords again .
