Am I reading about the same chemist?
Rude and unhelpful. They have no system for locating prescriptions and when they can't find a script they ask "are you sure you handed it in?"
Oh, and when one of their friends comes in you can wait whilst the friend gets priority.

Friendly staff and willing to help. Pharmacy amazing and seem to cope so well whilst under pressure. Very calm and supportive.

My gp made a right mess of my prescription coupled with late bus giving me a 3 minute window for them to check and provide me with my tablets which they managed to do and I caught my bus saving an hour of nothing to do till the next one. Thank you so much it was really appreciated even though you wouldn't have realised this by my grab and leg it technique x
