Went in tonight at 8.30pm for a much needed coffee and surprise surprise both coffee machines were being cleaned this has happened a few times to me surely you can clean 1 machine at a time especially when your a 24hour station

Why do you discriminate against car owners and not allow them to fill their AdBlue tank from the pump? Instead I have to buy plastic bottles to decant via a funnel with potential spillage to the environment when my car is equipped with the correct sized filling point?

Received a letter from Qdr solicitors stating I never paid for fuel on a certain date in April. I paid for card and the cashier said that it went through. I'm now got a fee on top of fuel that never went through on my card to pay. Its not my fault the incompetence of the staff not telling me payment failed and try again. So due to staff failings I've to pay a £18 process fee . SO FELLOW MOTORISTS BEWARE OF STAFF FAILINGS IN RESULTING OF YOU GETTING CHARGED A PROCESS FEE . BAD BUSINESS PRACTISES

Went in today to get fuel and coffee. As always, the staff were extremely friendly and professional as well as quickly working through the busy crowd of customers waiting to be served. Dave got me signed up with a BP me rewards card and thoroughly explained how the deals worked. The polite young girl at the coffee machines, Robyn, was also an absolute delight and makes a fantastic hot chocolate. I will be returning often

A lovely walk with the dogs although if your dogs like water it might be too tempting not to jump off the boardwalk :-) A great place to take children who can try and spot bugs in the wee ponds of water dotted about near the boardwalk without wading in. Loved it. Thanks.

EV chargers out of service again - very unreliable. This is essential infrastructure, would be an uproar were it the pumps!
