This garage is a total rip off. I was quoted £240 to replace one tyre, that can be purchased from any garage for between £36-£56 with free fitting, its off a Renault Clio Autogreen smart chaser SC1. The tyre had a puncture that I got fixed for £24, but this garage say they cant fix it and has to be replaced. Not only are they adding to the mountain of waste tyres in the world, they are actually trying to con vulnerable customers, sick to the pit of my stomach and I am going to go to trading standards. I was desperate and wanted to give them a go, but I have had a similar issue here before months ago. And in response to Kwik-fit, I did contact your customer service team and as of yet no reply

We can?t thank Davey and his team enough for his help over the last few days. They went more than the extra mile to get us back on the road. He and his staff are professional, friendly and manage the very busy branch with a laugh and a smile. We would recommend that you make them your first choice when you have car trouble. My battery light came on, which made me a bit nervous. I called around and found this place, and I?m so glad I did. Jerry was fantastic ? he checked my battery and alternator at no cost. Did it for free. I also explained a few other issues, and he was very kind in helping me figure out what might be going on. Definitely coming back here when I need service again!

Car was in yesterday needing it MOT done. Before brining it in I took it in earlier in the week to get my tyres checked and was advised I needed 2 new front tyres which was confirmed by the Mercedes dealer in Grangemouth the day before when the car was in for its service. The kwikfit team were great and ordered me in my tyres before hand and booked me in for new tyres before the MOT so the car wouldn?t fail and I?d have to pay again for another test. Great service and professional throughout. I?d highly recommend this garage to anyone. I?ve used them a few times over the years and can?t ever find a single fault in the fantastic service I receive. The managers always welcoming and the team are great and take time to inspect the car and give you a rundown of the work carried out after.

I've visited Kwik Fit - Milngavie a couple of times for my car's MOT (last two MOT done here), and I have always been impressed. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Had an emergency visit to the garage last Sunday due to a broken brake disk back plate! Not only did James fix the problem, but he also did it with a smile and without charging a penny! Highly recommend the garage for their excellent service and customer care. Thank you James and the team!

Two guys on duty were friendly guys. Puncture repair carried out well and no problems with the tyre losing air since. Was also made aware about tyre insurance you provide. I was previously unaware about this service and I will use it on my next tyre purchase of 4.

I needed a tyre fitted ASAP and Ekram went above and beyond to locate and fit one for me. Kwik Fit Milngavie is super friendly and helpful and I will most certainly be giving them my business in the future.

I have used the branch several times recently and the service has been excellent. I avoided Kwikfit for years due to reputation, but had heard good things, so I tried them again. The branch was honest, with good advice, no hard upselling. I have decided to book with them again to get further work carried out.

I recently went to Kwik Fit Milngavie to have my tyre pressures checked. One of the tyres had a tear on it so it had to be replaced. I did not know about that until Ekrem informed me. He was very helpful and replaced the tyre very quickly. I was impressed by his good service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kwik Fit to my friends thanks to Ekrem.
