I don't like dogs where food is served. Dogs run up and down benches and sit on the furniture. It would be good if dogs were downstairs only then staff could see whe dogs lick food off the table. It's disgusting.

Most of the time it's good but theres occasionally that barista that thinks screaming milk is the correct method so you end up with a rather foamless and overly hot coffee

Just a good standard Costa shop. I find local coffee shops can be nicer but it's good to have this option.
Unfortunately many customers seem to leave their disposable coffee cups on the walking routes around Milngavie, so I would encourage Costa to actively participate in cleaning it up.

Coffee is still good but sandwich quality seems to be not so good. Asked for coffee types rather than sizes and were automatically presumed to want mediums rather than smalls. Should have been asked as the 'medium' latte seemed too large.

Ahh Costa home of the Iced caramel lattes , absolutely perfect after a hot day walking back from Mugdock park , this one is on 2 floors and as usual is clean , coffee and food are great and freindly staff
