Far too expensive, 2 cheese burgers with a handful of chips and a dolup of coleslaw £32 odds come on its a cafe it wasn't even that good either cheap burgers not pate's won't be back .

Amazing toasties, omelettes, wraps, chips and coffee. Consistently good over many years, sitting in or takeaway. One star off for vegan options not being great but there?s more options than there used to be.

Way overpriced. A microwaved baked potato that was hard and inedible underneath. And half the plate covered in salad that I wasn?t asked if I wanted. I can?t stand rocket cucumber or sweetcorn. My partner had the eggs Benedict and he said average. I mean £10.95 for a microwaved potato and tuna . £37. Rip off.

I had lunch here today with my F husband. It was delicious. I got the haggis steak burger and it was so nice. Haggis was soft and flavoured, not greasy or soggy and the burger was 2 patty's. Chips were lovely as was the sweet chilli sauce, will return here definitely.

I got a roll with bacon & egg to takeaway. At £4.68 I felt it was very expensive , probably the most I had to pay for a roll with bacon & egg.
However, it was really good and the staff were friendly and polite.but I probably would go elsewhere in future due the the coat

Come all the way from Darlington to see my family in gorgeous recommended Cafe Alba the service was fast and the girls were great! The food didn't take long and it was lush, also washed it down with a tasty milkshake as you do first thing on a morning ? highly recommend!
