Great wee charity shopPlenty of interesting items for saleHowever, today noticed nice Christmas baubles in a bowl.Thought I would purchase 4.So selected.I looked for a tag in the baubles I selected for priceHowever, there were none, I still were going to purchase. On arrival to pay..I were advised sharply they are sold as a lot. With the additional baubles in dish.Sales assistant walked over to dish containing other baublesWhere there were no clear visable price notice advising cost. However she pointed out writing whichwere very small on the back of one small label only on one itemWhich were not noticeable I could hardly see itPlease could there be a clear visible notice attached to the bowlAdvising of. All items sold as one lot.Unfortunately i had to put items of 4BackDisappointing

Agree with the previous reviewer with regards to this Barnardo's. I have heard all about those people who swan into a charity shop and come out with a flawless vintage Chanel bag for 10p but this has never happened to me. And it certainly won't happen to me in this Barnardo's which doesn't have big selection of clothes. However, I spotted some pretty decent books in here. Barnardo's own range of cards is also quite pretty.

Report Card reads: could do better. A nothing special branch of this well known charity shop in Milngavie centre. With the usual range of clothes, music, books and general bits and bobs, this Barnardos is half decent without really making any impact. The problem this place has is in its proximity to a kick ass branch of the Oxfam charity shops just up the road which blows this and the Cancer Research out of the water. A plus point for this place would be that its certainly not as expensive as the Cancer Research across the road. Its clean and relatively well laid out, however again there is a real dearth of mens gear, but i'm assuming there ain't much they can do about it. Anyway, decent enough but nothing stand out.
