I have had excellent help from staff at this branch. Today I was helped regarding a refund from a supplier. My mind put at rest by a friendly member of your staff.

Tried to phone to establish opening hours because all branches are not as being shown .Confirmed this was the reason . I do not bank with BoS ? automated Wanted an account number ! Then date of birth !! All of this to be able to take a neighbour to the branch tomorrow !! This visit tomorrow is needed because Roman Rd branch said today ? we do not dispense money over the counter ? to someone whose branch it is . Card was retained by an ATM yesterday . Pretty poor .

Staff far to slow tried to sort out family stuff with the bank got stuck with no staff available can you make a appointment meanwhile other customers going in and out fast
