In the past I would have given Andiamo a 4 - we always loved it! But having gone again after a wee break things have changed! Whilst we couldn?t complain about the actual food (that?s why food gets a 4 star) everything else fell short! Service was slow, the place looks tired and definitely in need of a revamp, and most markedly it just lacked atmosphere! Sadly I think it?s seen its day and for the price one pays for the food I won?t be rushing back in a hurry!

Visited today with a friend for lunch. We chose the 3 course lunch offer. The food was absolutely delicious. And arrived hot. Portion size was perfect. And the meringues with fresh strawberrys and fresh cream, were the best i have ever tasted. The staff were very attentive, could not do enough for you. Atmosphere was nice and chilled. And clean. I would highly recommend here for gorgeous food. And amazing staff.

Service and environment were good and pleasant respectively.
Margarita pizza got the thumbs up at 7/10, the tagliatelle with fillet and porcini mushrooms was the best of the rest, needed a little seasoning 7/10
Now the rest, the carbonara, no idea what was in that sauce but let's just say it never set, lacked seasoning. The lobster ravioli was good but overpowered by what I believe is the stock sauce base tomato with a bit of cream which is used in a lot of dishes with minor variations 5/10. Veal with spaghetti was a 2/10 the spaghetti had the same basic generic tomato sauce with very little seasoning so close to cream of tomato soup. The breaded veal was quite small and had zero flavour due to lack of seasoning, worst unfortunately I have ever had and at £26 expected more. The penne with nduja was OK, 6/10 but the sauce needed developed more, better quality tomatoes and seasoning. The pasta with sausage again lack of seasoning with the generic sauce 4/10.
Pitty but overall would give the food an average of 5/10 and it isn't cheap for what you get. So many other places to go first.

I always end up here as a last minute decision, and there's always a seat available despite always being busy! The food is always incredible, the service has always been spot on and the staff are always willing to help with everything and anything. The place is immaculate and very modern throughout.

Enormous empty spaces, but managed to save the atmosphere by seating the lunch patrons together. Food tasty but uninspired. Small portions. Friendly service.

It's been a couple of years since we have visited here and I was surprised how much the atmosphere has changed. The interior where we were sat was noisy and lacked charm. We were sat at table where a huge stain/spill covered the floor under it. It wasn't a few crumbs but a food spill and several bits scattered at our feet. I had to point this out and the waitress apologised and returned to sweep up the crumbs in haste. The stain was left under our feet. Not good enough. Food was OK and arrived within a decent time span. However, the industrial-like interior meant that noise was amplified and the whole restaurant felt like a fast-food place. Our table was reserved so for the waitress to clear it but leave such a shocking mess on the floor was simply not acceptable. That tells me they were rushing and not paying attention. I doubt I will be going back now.

While it was probably a very bad idea to come here for Mother's Day but we had a dreadful wait for our booked table. Got made to wait about 25 minutes. Then when we got sat, no-one came to us to even take our drinks order which was definitely at least 20 minutes wait. Again, another painful wait to get the food ordered. I understand if there's a staffing issue and also fact it was a busy restaurant..but you had a few girls just chatting away to each other with some empty tables not even cleared away. And also fact it was Mother's Day...but would it be so bad for you guys to recognise that we all were waiting for absolutely ages? At least a wee recognition to that and perhaps a small apology would have been nice. Poor staff really.

Food was poor left most of mine. Wife's meal wasn't hot enough and when she mentioned to staff member it was very tough the response was aye veal is like that sometimes.

My boyfriend and I visited on a Saturday afternoon using a Wowcher voucher we got as a gift.
Our experience was 10/10 from start to finish. We opted for some mocktails instead of Prosecco and this was no issue at all.
We both had the minestrone soup which was delish, the veg was so fresh! And we had the rigatoni pasta for mains which was also amazing.
The service was excellent, the staff were so lovely and always about if we needed anything.
We would definitely be back and have recommended to others, it was that good! Thank you!
