We purchased Caledonia Play's Garden Fort as a Christmas present [2023] for our children, and we could not be happier with the service we received.Communication was great throughout the process, and they were able to both deliver and install in time for Christmas.We specifically contacted Caledonia Play as we saw the same set in a family friend's garden, which had been installed over 8 years earlier, and their grandchildren were still enjoying it to the max. We are confident our children will do the same! Many thanks to the whole team.

Arrived while away with work, my wife sent me these pictures of heavily split frame work. £400!! Not even sure this is usable.Absolutely no acknowledgement of my emails either.

Friendly, efficient and clear processing of quoting and scheduling. Tradesmen who delivered, disassembled the old set, and installed the new we?re friendly, professional and did a superb job.

I purchased a triple swing set from Caledonia play in summer 2020. I was initially delighted but after one year a side brace split and they sent me a replacement part. Less than 2 years after ownership, the swing started swaying side to side and I noticed the top braces had split and discovered some bolts had also sheared making the swing set dangerous. I contacted Caledonia play for replacement parts but they have completely ignored all emails and a written letter and I am having to pursue this via legal route frustratingly. I would never buy from this company again.September 2022 updateDespite Caledonia play replying to this review asking me to ?get in touch to resolve the problem?. I have tried several times via email and post and have once again been ignored so now having to pursue via small claims. Very frustrating it has lead to this.

Very happy with the swing we have ordered. It's very sturdy easily and takes even my adult weight, will last the kids many years. It arrived very quickly after ordering. Took two men two hours (with tea breaks) to put it up.

Terrible service for what is probably an overpriced product. Was told we would be notified when dispatched, but only notification was from courier 10 minutes before they arrived, and they had the wrong house number for delivery. They had forgotten to dispatch the swings but they did resolve that and get them to us a couple of days later. Quality was shocking, we had to use gloves too assemble due to getting splinters. Upon assembly we discovered they had not sent all the parts missing 8 out of 18 of one type of the long coachscrews, 3 out of 16 of the others and not sent any of the large washers required. With excited children we did not want to have to wait another week so went hunting around all the various hardware shops to get them. When contacting the company about everything they required photos of the ladder rungs and said if we sent copies of the receipts for the screws they would refund us. They did replace some of the ladder rungs, again with no despatch notification but we have not received any refund and not heard anything further from them. And finally the whole swing set wobbles a lot more than I would expect when my 7 year old climbs to the top so having too work out to add extra support. So glad my husband suggested waiting to see what the swings were like before getting the monkey bar add on as we won't be getting anything else from this company.

Lovely play equipment that should hopefully last a long time.Customer service has been disappointing though. We ordered last spring and paid for delivery and assembly. I appreciate that the pandemic has caused a lot of distribution but most companies have now been able to adapt to the new circumstances.The assembly was done in a very rushed way and I noticed a few issues with how it had been put together, including one of the steps for the monkey bars breaking on the first use.I raised this to the customer service team and after not replying for several weeks was told in September that I would be contacted to arrange a repair but have not heard anything since.After paying £400 to ensure it was assembled properly it is very disappointing to still be in this situation.Edit: since posting this review the issues have been rectified.

Ordered an expensive swing set from them 5 weeks ago. Told it would be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. Still not arrived. Called twice to be told they'll call back with an update. They never call back. Worried this order is not going to arrive now. Appalling customer service

We contacted Caledonia Play for some advice - they were very helpful and provided great customer service. The product is extremely high quality and arrived within a few weeks, and the delivery team were courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We purchased the swing set for our daughter last year. For the quality of the product I think it?s very reasonably priced. Delivered on time. I contacted by email to ask a question and they were very helpful. Would happily recommend to others

Hoping equipment ordered is better than the customer service.Emails asking about estimated delivery date unanswered, arrive home to find swing set has been left on my front lawn. No contact from company.
